I hope this email finds you well. I apologize for the inconvenience, but I would like to inquire about a specific aspect of the GGEMS framework.

Could you please let me know if the radiation length (Radlen) and electron density corresponding to the materials are calculated within GGEMS? Your clarification on this matter would be highly appreciated.

Dear Danyang,

Yes, the radiation length and the electron density are computed internely at the beginning of the simulation in order to fill the cross section tables.
